Arrival Time?
Most shipment from Hong Kong or China (as specify for certain items). Airmail time to USA, UK, AU, Can - usually 2 to 3 weeks time. (most of time around 7 to 10 days). Christmas and New Year - will be a bit longer.

Return Policy?
If you are unhappy for any reason with an item, you may return the item within 3 days of receipt(Buyer pays for return postage). When the item is received, your account will be reimbursed for the amount of the item purchased, minus S&H. Email us before return items to us.

Please email us before placing order. It needs to ship with registered mail and/or insurance - additional usd 3.00 to 5.00 additional. Due to post office service is not reliable. Once registered airmail or with insurance then it will arrive safetly.
